From CAD design to production tooling: we can deal with all your requirements in-house. Working together with you, we quickly establish your exact packaging needs, design requirements and the most suitable type of plastic to use. Our objective is to ensure smooth further processing and optimum presentation of your products including transport protection. We also offer further processing, e.g. applying labels and the use of pre-printed foils. Our application engineers are here to support you every step of the way.

Sample tools for small series production are developed in our prototype department. They are used for visual and technical assessment in pre-production planning, e.g. for filling and transport tests. This ensures that the production tooling used is optimally suited for series production.

Polystyrene and polypropylene are transformed into single and multi-layer films with accurately defined features such as density, tensile strength, elasticity, etc., using our own extruders and according to formulas with specific dosages. This enables special colouring and technical or food-specific requirements to be met.

Continuously improved thermoplastics coupled with state-of-the art machinery and tools allow an increase in productivity while, at the same time, increasing the accuracy of the moulded parts. We operate large-scale compressed air and vacuum forming machines, capable of processing many different types of plastics. Depending on the quantities required and the demands made on packaging, we are able to select the production method best suited to your products.
